EVENT RATES

 Two types of tickets are available via our online registration platform: 

* The members rate takes into account the deduction of the congress contribution included in the annual membership fee. This rate is only available for one guest per restaurant.

**Accompanying rate for any additional guest from the restaurant.

Register before September 1st to take advantage of the « Early birds » rate.

Registration and payment must be made before September 30th, 2024.

CANCELLATION FEE

In case of cancellation, a percentage fee will apply, based on the following timeframe :

• Between September 1st and September 14th : cancellation fee of 25 % of the total price applies.
• Between September 15th  and September 30th : cancellation fee of 50 % of the total price applies.
• From October 1st onwards : 100 % of the total price forfeited, no refund in case of cancellation.
